True to size, in S through 2XL. Because the waist is the fixed point on a high rise, the size that fits your waist is the size to order. If you are between two sizes, go up: a wide leg carries the extra without looking loose, and a waistband that is slightly roomy is far easier to wear all day than one that is slightly tight.
