Sylvia is true to size and comes in S through 2XL. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one, because the collar needs a little slack to fold the way it should. One thing to know before you order: the sleeve panels are genuinely sheer, so the arm is covered but visible through the dots. The size chart has the flat measurements in inches.
