True to size and relaxed through the leg, in S through 5XL. Order to your waist, since that is where a high rise sets the fit. Between two sizes, choose the larger: a high waistband that is slightly generous disappears, and one that is slightly tight is the reason a pair ends up unworn. The size chart gives the flat measurements in inches.
